It All Had To End Before It Could Start

On October 1, 2021, we left behind our home, business, and life in Detroit. Believing we might find answers in nature, we moved into a tent in the forest with our two-year-old son and our dog. What began as an adventure in pursuit of spiritual truth became a far longer journey than we ever imagined.

Over the next four years, equipped with our camera, we would capture every intimate detail of our lives as they unfolded in real time.

Our perceptions of truth were quickly exposed, as deception led us through seasons of heartbreak, confusion, and uncertainty.

Through it all, two things kept us moving forward: the purpose we found behind our camera and the glimpses of God wgo continued to meet us along the way.

It wasn’t until we fully surrendered ourselves to God that the real Truth would finally enter, and our lives would be changed forever.
